Pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Flipped Classrooms di Mas Salimpaung

Abstract

Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves, society, nation and state. So that in implementing the principles of providing education, it must be in accordance with the objectives of national education, namely; develop capabilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in the context of the intellectual life of the nation. On the other hand, technology has developed rapidly and influenced education. This is offered as a solution to these problems, namely the blended learning model, which combines face-to-face and online learning. One of the blended learning models that can be used is the flipped classroom learning model. This learning model is a student-centered learning technology-based approach. This service socializes the learning model so that teachers can make lesson plans using the flipped classroom learning model.
