English is a universal language used by almost all people in the world. In this digital era, English has a very significant role in various fields such as business, education, technology, and so on. English also has a positive impact in various fields, especially in the tourism sector. In order to empower tourist attractions, it is necessary to provide outreach regarding the importance of using English for the people who live in areas with high potential for tourism opportunities. This PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) or community service is focused on the community and small business people and tourism actors in the Kasawari sub-district aims to share information about the use of English which is very important for the local community to learn. This location was chosen because Kasawari sub-district is a strategic area where this area is one of the tourist attraction centers in Bitung city. The method in this PKM activity is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, by conducting outreach in the form of presenting material about the importance of English and its use. The aim of this PKM is to educate the public about the importance of English, especially for the people in Kasawari Village, which has quite a well-known tourist attraction in the city of Bitung, in order to increase the economic value and quality of community resources.
